However, currently, the production of hot forged nuts is entirely carried out using traditional production methods, relying on manual labor to complete the loading of blanks and the transportation of workpieces. This production method has low efficiency, unstable product quality, and production costs are greatly increasing with the increase in worker wages.

力泰对螺母锻压生产线进行自动化改造关键技术在于实现毛坯棒料的自动上料及毛坯料在各锻压工位间的自动输送。建立的自动化锻压生产线的装配体模型搭建了自动化输送系统的试验样机,通过一系列的联机调试以及试验设计,得出了2-3s生产出一个M36的螺母。对于提高螺母锻压生产的效率,提升热锻螺母质量,降低生产成本及工人劳动强度具有十分重要的意义。

The key technology for the automation transformation of Litai's nut forging production line is to achieve automatic feeding of blank bars and automatic transportation of blank materials between various forging stations. The assembly model of the established automated forging production line was used to build an experimental prototype of the automated conveying system. Through a series of online debugging and experimental design, a M36 nut was produced in 2-3 seconds. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of nut forging production, enhance the quality of hot forged nuts, reduce production costs and labor intensity of workers.
